In part 10 of her video journal, Linda tells us that she has been studying unit 11 of the 120-hour online TEFL course from ITTT. Unit 11 covers receptive skills which involve the ability to listen and read. The unit teaches trainees how to develop strategies for helping students improve their ability to understand English through reading and listening.
